Tyler Smith brings nearly 15 years of experience in conflict management, working as a coach, mediator, facilitator, and trainer. For the past eleven years he has also served as an organizational ombuds, helping individuals, groups, and institutions strengthen their ability to navigate conflict effectively and build healthier, more collaborative environments.
He has served as an Ombuds with the National Institutes of Health, Northeastern Illinois University, the Midwest Political Science Association, and the International Ombuds Association, supporting diverse communities through complex challenges.
Tyler holds an M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University.
