Ombuds, Longwood Location
Lisa Neale joins the Ombuds Office with over 15 years experience in Ombudsing, mediating, conflict coaching and training. Lisa hails from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus and is certified in Restorative Justice, Crucial Conversations and Accountability, and the DiSC Personality profile.
She also brings extensive experience in Organizational Development and social justice mediation. Lisa has also shared her considerable energy with the International Ombuds Association as a past Conference Chair, and is the Treasurer for the California Caucus of College and University Ombuds.
