Melissa Brodrick serves as Ombuds and Director for Harvard Ombuds Office. In this role, she serves as an impartial and informal dispute resolution practitioner who provides confidential and informal assistance to Harvard faculty, staff, students and trainees and to appointees at the affiliated institutions.

Lisa hails from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus and is certified in Restorative Justice, Crucial Conversations and Accountability and the DiSC Personality profile. Lisa Neale joins the Ombuds Office with over 15 years experience in Ombudsing, mediating and teaching.
